Oologah

You will think you have stepped back in time. Oologah’s quality restoration in the old downtown area is becoming another major tourist attraction.

Everyone is pleasantly surprised and they return often to Oologah for lunch and to look again at the beautiful old buildings, some of which are listed on the national historical register.

You will also enjoy viewing the birthplace of our favorite son and humorist, the late Will Rogers.

Only 30 miles northeast of Tulsa and all the advantages of a metropolitan area, but, without the traffic, crime and smog of a big city.

Oologah has the advantage of:
Being on the new four lane 169 highway which links to Tulsa, and improvements are scheduled north to Kansas.

 

Oologah Lake, which has 209 miles of shoreline, two nationally-listed nature trails,  numerous camping sites, and great fishing and water sports.  This lake has an average of 1.35 million  visitors each year.

One of the best schools in the state of Oklahoma.Some of the highest ACT scores in the state. Very active in all sports programs. Debate teams. Music programs.

Oologah
should not be overlooked if you are considering a location to begin or to expand an existing business, and to raise a family.
