Rogers County Industrial Development Authority, otherwise known as RCIDA, is an Oklahoma public trust created for the purpose of assisting small business to develop and provide jobs and economic, educational and cultural benefits for the people of Rogers County. The industrial authority serves all towns in the county including Catoosa, Chelsea, Claremore, Inola and Oologah.
RCIDA will provide assistance to companies that are seeking locations for new facilities in Rogers County. Those services include: assistance with facility location studies, feasibility studies, building and site searches. RCIDA is currently developing a comprehensive database of industrial sites and buildings that are available throughout the county.
RCIDA recognizes that with the Internet, fax machines, 800 numbers and cell phones, it is no longer necessary to locate in a large metropolitan area to do business. In fact, within three and one half miles of Claremore the latest in high speed broadband communications which enables customers to access the internet at speeds up to 200 times faster, is available through Southwestern Bell DSL. Rogers County offers the best of both worlds. You can escape the large metro area and still have access to everything including all forms of transportation.

History: RCIDA was organized in 1980 as a public trust by the Board of County Commissioners of Rogers County for the purpose of economic, cultural, benevolent and educational development of the county. RCIDA has twenty nine years experience in assisting the development of business ventures.
